
With views like this just a step away you may not want to drive far. There are several acres of land around the Mill to explore, with many shallow streams linking to the leat, where otters have frequently been seen.
The mill has it’s own 1/3 acre private field with shallow stream frontage for use by guests. There are elvers and fish in the stream.
There are many bridleways and lovely walks surrounding Mullybrook Mill. Some go through fields to some local villages, others go through conifer forests or deciduous woodlands, take your pick.
You can play golf at Libbaton, HighBullen and Chumleigh, which has a par three course and is a charming village with shops and three pubs serving excellent food. There is fresh water and coarse fishing all within a short drive.
It is an unusual home from home and we are sure it will become extremely popular with regular guests all year round. It is centrally located close to the Tarka cycling trail, within short driving distance (40 mins) from the sandy beaches of the north and Exmoor, also accessible to Exeter and Dartmoor.
